Russian forces struck the center of the town of Mena in the Chernihiv region's Koriukivka district in the evening of August 24, injuring 12 people, including four children.

The attack damaged administrative buildings, residential houses, shops and vehicles in the town.

A 59-year-old gas station employee was injured after a Russian Geran drone struck a facility in Korop

The attack followed a Russian strike on a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv earlier on Aug. 24.
