Russian strikes caused energy and water outages in several raions of Odesa Oblast following attacks on August 8-9.

Odesa Oblast's primary utility and water management company, Infoxvodokanal, reported energy and water outages in several raions in the region following the strikes.

The attack caused disruptions to water supplies and communications in the city.

Power companies have already restored power to 90,000 customers in Odesa and the Odesa region who were left without electricity due to the Russian attack on August 9.

In two districts, several residential buildings were damaged or partially destroyed

Electricity, water, and mobile communications were interrupted in parts of Odesa.

Enemy attacks damaged energy facilities in the Odesa district, leaving clients and critical infrastructure in Primorsky, Khadzhybey, and Pereysyk districts without light.
