Two civilian vessels flying flags of Guinea-Bissau and Marshall Islands were hit by UAVs on 18 May while travelling through the Ukrainian maritime corridor towards Greater Odesa ports.

Both vessels sustained minor fires which were extinguished independently by crews, with no casualties reported initially.
