The strike damaged homes, high-rise apartment buildings, vehicles, administrative buildings, and other civilian infrastructure across three districts in the oblast

In Chabany, Kyiv region, Russians attacked a veterinary clinic where defenseless animals were undergoing treatment and temporary care. Rescuers fought for every life: they carried out an emergency evacuation of the animals from the damaged building, supplied oxygen to the injured animals, and tried to stabilize the condition of the wounded patients.

On April 3, a Russian drone hit a veterinary clinic in Kyiv Oblast. Despite efforts of State Emergency Service employees, not all animals could be saved. Approximately 20 animals died due to damage to the veterinary clinic.
