A Russian drone struck a Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) building in Sumy on Wednesday, March 18, injuring a civilian, Ukrainian officials said. According to Ukrainska Pravda, citing Ukraine's Ground Forces and local authorities, the strike damaged a city TCC building, though no personnel inside were injured.
Sumy acting mayor Artem Kobzar said a 16-year-old boy was wounded near the site and taken to a hospital, where he is receiving medical treatment.
