Zelensky delivered the speech from a bunker that had not previously been publicized.

Andrii Ilenko stated that martial law should have been declared in 2014 when Russia annexed Crimea and started the war in Donbas.

Ilenko suggested that serious political discussions regarding these issues should take place after active hostilities cease.

Four years ago, the Russians were going to take Kyiv in three days. In four years, they have not been able to completely occupy a single region of Ukraine.
