Iryna Yelkhina, Oleksii's mother, purchased luxury cars (Lexus LX 600, Infinity QX50) and over 80 hectares of land while her son held a senior position in economic investigations.

The National Police Department of Strategic Investigations confirmed the rental arrangements but stated Mariia Yelkhina claimed it was an investment, while Oleksii Yelkhin justified non-declaration of the estate due to brief initial occupancy.
