Elements of Ukraine's Main Military Intelligence Directorate (GUR), Unmanned Systems Forces, and other Ukrainian forces struck the Lukoil-Volgogradneftoperobka Oil Refinery in Volgograd City on the night of January 30 to 31, causing an explosion.

Ukrainian drones also attacked the facility on Jan. 31, according to the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces
