Russian forces seized Dachenske south of Pokrovsk according to the Russian Ministry of Defense
Almost all of Kurakhovo is occupied by the enemy and its retention by several units is an exclusively political task. The city has become a place for troop deployment and accumulation for further enemy actions toward Dachne and southward. Moreover, the Russians are already transferring some units to another section near Myrnohrad where an increase in enemy attacks is expected.
Control over Kurakhovo gives the Russian occupation forces many advantages for developing an offensive to the west. The presence of Defense Forces there only adds additional difficulty to units in that area.
