Drones attacked the Rostov region near Millerovo airfield on the evening of December 23, causing explosions and fire from debris.

Russian media reported that a local Telegram channel stated debris caused a fire on one street and damaged the Miller Cossack Cadet Vocational College, leading to student evacuations.

The Russian Ministry of Defence claimed that air defenses shot down nine drones, while Acting Governor Yury Slyusar stated eight drones were shot down in the Millerovo area with no casualties.
