Kamensky Combine produces rocket fuel and specializes in manufacturing solid fuel components for rocket engines, particularly for multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missiles. The plant also manufactures explosives and ammunition components, as well as utilizes and disposes of spent missile systems.

Ukrainian drones attacked the Novocherkassk Oil Refinery in Rostov Oblast, Russia. Local Telegram channels reported air defense operations and explosions.

The refinery had been previously attacked in June 2024, resulting in the loss of 1.5 million tons of oil and petroleum products according to the Ukrainian General Staff.

Ukrainian Air Force launched Storm Shadow missiles against the Rostov region on December 18.

At least 10 Storm Shadow missiles were allegedly used in the strike, with Russian air defense intercepting some and debris damaging houses in Mala Kamianka.
