Mikhail Shatsky, Deputy Chief Designer at the Mars Design Bureau and head of the software department, has been liquidated in Moscow. Shatsky was responsible for upgrading Kh-59 cruise missiles to the Kh-69 level and developing new UAVs.

Shatsky was liquidated in the Kuzminsky Forest Park near Kotelniki, located in the Moscow suburbs.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense (HUR) may be linked to his liquidation.

War criminals will be punished, whether they personally killed or developed weapons that took the lives of peaceful Ukrainians. Justice will prevail.
