Ukrainian drones operated by military intelligence (HUR) attacked an oil refinery in the Russian city of Saratov on Nov. 8, hitting one of the plant's oil refineries and fuel oil tanks, setting the facility on fire.

Saratov Oblast Governor Ruslan Busargin said that a Ukrainian drone targeted the city. According to Busargin, air defenses downed the drone over the city and debris fell in the industrial area in the Zavodsky district.

Ukrainian drones of the Main Intelligence Directorate reached Saratov and hit the local oil refinery.

The drones hit one of the refinery's processing units and fuel oil tanks.

On the night of November 7-8, drones attacked Saratov, causing a fire at the local refinery after a UAV was shot down and debris fell on an oil-fueled reservoir.

Roman Busargin reported that a UAV was shot down over Saratov and wreckage fell in the Zavodsky district industrial zone.
