Vovchansk, an industrial town in Kharkiv Oblast near the Russian border, has been largely destroyed by Russian offensive operations. According to Bellingcat analysis of satellite images, 60% of buildings have been totally destroyed and 18% partially ruined, with 90% of the city center flattened north of the Vovcha River.
