The Russian forces launched nine assaults near the settlements of Vovchansk and Tykhe

One person has died, and at least 11 others have been injured after Russian forces carried out an air strike on the town of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast on Oct. 24.

The attack occurred near a shop and a local market, partially destroying a two-storey commercial building, and damaging 12 stalls.

Eight women and three men were injured. A 73-year-old woman died as a result of severe injuries.

Initially reported dead bodies included preliminary count of two, but later confirmed as one woman in serious condition; four people were injured.
