Russian Major Dmitriy Pervukha was killed in a car bomb explosion in occupied Luhansk on Oct. 18, 2024.
Pervukha was involved in war crimes against Ukraine and served as chief of staff for military service and security in occupied territories.
HUR did not claim responsibility for the attack.

По данным очевидцев, в результате взрыва был поврежден УАЗ и легковой автомобиль. Отмечается, что в УАЗе находились военные, и водитель этой машины погиб.
