Zelensky's Victory Plan includes five points: NATO membership, additional weapons and deep-strike permissions, post-war deterrence forces, economic agreements to secure resources, and security cooperation replacing US forces in Europe.

Point 1: Western countries should invite Ukraine to join NATO immediately

Point 2: Strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities by providing additional weapons and allowing them to be used against targets deep inside Russia with a secret appendix

Point 3: Western countries should deploy non-nuclear military forces in Ukraine after the war to prevent further Russian aggression with a secret appendix

Point 4: Economic measures to secure mineral deposits and enterprises from falling into Russian hands

Point 5: Ukrainian Armed Forces could replace US forces in Europe after the war

The victory plan, which was publicly unveiled on Oct. 16, is comprised of five points: an invitation to join NATO, a defense aspect, deterrence of Russian aggression, economic growth and cooperation, and post-war security architecture.
