Russians launched a massive airstrike on Kharkiv using guided aerial bombs (GABs), hitting residential high-rise buildings in four districts. The attack killed three people and injured at least 15, with victims still trapped under rubble.

Commander of the 1st Assault Battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade Vladimir Fokhin reported that Russians have changed tactics and switched to active assault actions. They use heavy, automotive and wheeled vehicles, as well as assaults on foot in groups of 6-10 people.

Russian invaders are trying to break through Ukrainian defences at the Aggregate Plant in Vovchansk using artillery, TOS-1A, and MLRS to unblock military personnel.

Russian weapons used are inaccurate, leading to friendly fire incidents where enemy units inflict fire on their own soldiers.
