The penalties also extend to the Black Shield Company, a weapons company that has acquired arms from the sanctioned Belarusian defense firm Kidma Tech OJSC

The sanctions target entities that provide support for Russia's war on Ukraine, including a machine tool building firm, a company selling control systems for the Belarusian armed forces, and a company producing radio communication equipment.
