Unknown persons opened the hatches of two grain hoppers at Dorohusk railway border crossing and poured Ukrainian-produced rapeseed onto the tracks. The shipment was in transit to Germany via Poland.

This morning unknown persons have opened the hatches of two grain hoppers on 1435 mm gauge railroad tracks and poured the rapeseed being shipped to Germany. This shipment, same as other agricultural products, was going in transit via Poland's territory.

At around 09:00 on 23 February, unidentified individuals damaged rapeseed in three grain hopper cars destined for transit through Poland to Hamburg.

Oleksandr Kubrakov stated that unpunished crimes always return, whether military aggression or damaged grain.
