Kherson Oblast Military Administration implemented new permit requirements for foreign consulate representatives and international organization staff traveling to frequently targeted settlements in Kherson Oblast.

Representatives of foreign consulates and international organisations will be required to obtain permits from Kherson Oblast Military Administration and local military officials in order to travel to and between cities, towns and villages in Kherson Oblast that are frequently targeted by Russian forces.

On February 24, 2022, Rezantsev personally ordered his troops to capture Kherson region

Under his command, Russian invasion troops invaded the region, moving in from temporarily occupied Crimea

Rezantsev ordered that his subordinates seize the strategic airfield in Chornobaivka at any cost

The invaders executed the suspect's orders to carry out massive air raids targeting the region's civil infrastructure

During the capture of the area on the right bank of the Dnipro, Rezantsev supervised mass repressions against members of local resistance

On his orders, people were abducted at roadblocks and plainly from streets

The two humanitarian workers were killed when Russian forces attacked Beryslav, a city located 65 kilometers from the region's administrative center of Kherson.

Three other French citizens and a Ukrainian were wounded.

Permission from the region's military administration and military command is now needed for representatives of foreign consular institutions, or representative offices of international organizations to enter settlements that are frequently shelled by Russian forces.

The entry of foreign volunteers to a number of dangerous communities in Kherson region will now be subject to the approval of the regional military administration and military command.
