Ukrainian and French delegations held another round of talks on finalising a bilateral agreement on security guarantees for Ukraine during a French delegation visit to Kyiv.

Ukrainian and French delegations on 3 February discussed the revised draft agreement and agreed on positions concerning certain items of the document. The negotiating teams demonstrated tangible progress today and are close to finalising the bilateral agreement.
