Russian forces used Iskander-M ballistic missile to target Poltava Oblast. The missile was launched from Voronezh region.

Eight Shahed-type explosive drones, two Iskander missiles and three S-300 missiles were launched in the attacks, four of which were shot down.

One missile had fallen on a residential area in the city, injuring a 15-year-old boy and a 35-year-old man.

Firefighters extinguished a fire at an industrial facility in the Kremenchuk district on January 28, which had been caused by an enemy attack with two Iskander-M missiles.
