Ukrainian Defense Forces continued to hold their positions on the Kherson front, expanding their bridgehead and repelling 17 Russian assault actions.

On the Kherson front, the Ukrainian forces continue to expand their bridgehead. Within the last 24 hours, the Russians conducted 17 assault actions which were repelled, and then retreated.

Russian forces fired 71 shells at Kherson from Saturday to Sunday morning, hitting the city centre, residential areas, medical and educational institutions and critical infrastructure facilities

The enemy conducted 17 assaults on the left bank of the Dnipro in the Kherson region which were repelled, leading to a retreat with losses.
