Russian forces using North Korean artillery shells experienced equipment damage and personnel injuries when shells tore apart in gun barrels due to poor quality ammunition.

Colonel General Mikhail Teplinsky said Russian occupation troops are forced to use low-quality artillery and mortar attacks supplied from North Korea, with unique cases of shells tearing directly in the barrels of cannons and mortars, leading to loss of weapons and personnel.
