Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba participates in the first-ever Ukraine-NATO Council meeting at the foreign ministers level.

Kuleba attended the NATO-Ukraine Council meeting of NATO foreign ministers where increasing arms production was a key topic.

Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom stated that Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan promised Sweden's NATO membership ratification would occur within weeks.

Billstrom reported that no new conditions or demands were put forward by the Turkish government regarding Sweden's NATO bid.

Stoltenberg and Kuleba held a joint statement in Brussels before the start of the Ukraine-NATO Council.

All members of the NATO Alliance agreed that Ukraine will become a member, and the meeting will discuss the way forward and reform efforts.
