The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) conducted a special operation in Novorossiysk Bay using an uncrewed surface vessel (USV) loaded with 450 kilograms of TNT, damaging the Olenegorskiy Gornyak large landing ship.

The video shows a SBU USV loaded with 450 kilograms of TNT attacking an enemy ship with about 100 crew members on board.

The Olenegorskiy Gornyak now has a big hole in its hull and is currently unable to carry out its combat missions.

All the Russians' statements about the so-called repelled attack are fake.

The Russian Navy landing ship Olenegorsky Gornyak almost certainly suffered serious damage after being struck while near the Black Sea Fleet's (BSF) Novorossiysk base during the night of 3-4 August 2023. Images of the vessel listing at 30-40 degrees suggest that several watertight compartments were breached, or that the crew's damage control efforts were ineffectual.

The 3600 tonne, 113 metre long Olenegorsky Gornyak represents the largest Russian naval vessel seriously damaged or destroyed since the sinking of the cruiser Moskva on 13 April 2022.

Explosions were heard in Novorossiysk late in the evening, with reports indicating that surface drones hit the Russian landing ship 'Olenegorskiy Gornyak' in the bay.
