International donors at the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London pledged US$60 billion for Kyiv's recovery and reconstruction, including EU funds of up to €50 billion, US$1.3 billion from the United States, and US$3 billion in loan guarantees from the United Kingdom.

Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov and EIB President Werner Heuer signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in reconstruction projects on the sidelines of the international conference on the restoration of Ukraine in London.
