The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation carried out a missile attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih on the night of 12-13 June 2023. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that the Russians used Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles during the night.
Russian forces fired 14 Kh-101/Kh-555 cruise missiles and up to four Shahed drones overnight.
Ukraine's air defenses intercepted 11 of the 14 cruise missiles.
As a result of the shelling, the main networks in the Dnipropetrovsk region were damaged and disconnected. More than 9 thousand people were without electricity.
In Kryvy Rih, three mines remained without power, in which several dozen people were blocked. Later, miners were saved.
The blast wave also damaged the building of the Kryvy Rih TPP plant.
