Ukrainian Special Operations Forces, in cooperation with an infantry brigade, conducted a coordinated attack on Russian Marines dug into forest belts on the Zaporizhzhia front at dawn, using mortars and small arms fire.

At dawn, two groups of the Special Operations Forces, along with soldiers from one of the infantry brigades, set off on a mission. The goal is to destroy the enemy (preliminarily, the Russian Marines), who have dug in the forest belts

The 120-mm mortars were used to hit the targets: a Russian armoured personnel carrier and a platoon stronghold

Russia struck civilian infrastructure in 14 settlements in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, with nine reports of damage to households and infrastructure.

In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is conducting defensive operations. Areas including Olhivske, Malynivka, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia region and Tokarivka, Antonivka, and Kherson city were shelled.
