Russia launched six Kalibr cruise missiles at Ukraine from the Black Sea, and air defense downed some.
During a massive attack on February 18, 2023, two enemy cruise missiles were recorded flying near the South Ukrainian NPP along the South Bug river towards Pervomaisk.
Energoatom described the incident as an act of nuclear terrorism and appealed to the IAEA for measures including withdrawal of Russian forces from Zaporizhzhia and a no-fly zone over Ukrainian nuclear facilities.
