Russian forces used civilians as human shields by setting up a military hospital in a psychoneurological care home in Kherson Oblast and seized medical equipment from a district hospital.

Using civilians as human shields, the enemy set up another military hospital in Kherson Oblast to rehabilitate wounded soldiers. Servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces were placed on the first floor of the Kairy Psychoneurological Care Home, and civilian patients were transferred to other floors. The occupiers seized and transferred medical equipment from the Velyka Lepetykha's district hospital.

Russian military shelled multiple settlements in Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson oblasts.

Shevchenko Park and Potemkin Island were also under fire yesterday.
