Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, Oblast Head Oleh Syniehubov, and Deputy Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko urged residents to stay in shelters and confirmed that emergency services were responding to the attack.

Kyrylo Tymoshenko clarified that the Russians had launched a missile attack on Kharkiv and that units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were already on their way.

Officials asked everyone to stay in shelters and follow safety measures as occupiers are attacking.
