On 21 November, Russian forces attacked Hlukhiv, Seredyna-Buda, Khotin, and Znob-Novhorodske hromadas in Sumy Oblast using artillery, Grad MLRS, small arms, and aerial bombs. The attacks resulted in damage to civilian infrastructure, including homes and a gas pipeline, with no reported casualties.

Russian forces attacked Hlukhiv, Seredyna-Buda, Khotin and Znob-Novhorodske hromadas of Sumy Oblast using artillery, Grad multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) and small arms, and fired 30 bombs.

At around 11:30, Russian military launched 10 bombs at a village near the state border in Seredyna-Buda hromada, damaging the community arts centre and a private home.

After 13:00, another village in Seredyna-Buda hromada came under mortar fire with no casualties reported.

Znob-Novhorodske hromada experienced 10 strikes resulting in no damage.

In Khotin hromada, 20 bombs, eight artillery shells, and 10 Grad MLRS rockets exploded near civilian homes, damaging five civilian homes and a gas pipeline.

Hlukhiv hromada came under small arms fire consisting of three automatic rounds, causing no damage.

Residential buildings and a gas pipeline were damaged in the Khotyn community, Sumy region, due to shelling from Russian territory.

At least five houses were significantly damaged with broken windows and partial destruction of walls and roofs.
