Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba submitted a proposal to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to terminate diplomatic relations with Iran due to Tehran's supply of drones used by Russia against Ukrainian infrastructure. Kuleba stated that Ukraine would only consider resuming relations if Iran ceases weapon supplies.
