Russian forces are attempting to concentrate reinforcements in Ukraine's southern front, but mobilized conscripts are reportedly fleeing or seeking to surrender before reaching the front lines.

Mobilized Russian reinforcements are running away from enlistment points and looking for ways to surrender, while those already in position are being moved from the right bank of the Dnipro to the left bank.

Russian-installed proxies in Kherson Oblast published a video of around 100 residents transferred to Russia's Krasnodar Krai on Oct. 16.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said on Oct. 14 that several thousand Ukrainian children from Russian-occupied Kherson Oblast have already been relocated to Russia or other occupied territories.

Arestovych stated that Russian sources suggest Ukrainian forces are advancing on Berislav and destroying occupier positions.

In Kherson, the occupiers are forced to involve Russian Guard units in the engineering equipment of positions around the city.

Measures are being taken to deport collaborators and their families to the territory of the temporarily occupied territory of the Republic of Crimea.
