Piotr Müller, spokesman of the Polish government, confirmed that Morawiecki's visit includes meetings to discuss geopolitical situation, energy market, and security.

The visit was intended as a political signal to the Kremlin, with Morawiecki expressing support for Ukraine against Russia.

Egils Levits arrived in Kyiv on Sept. 9 for the first multi-day visit by a world leader since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion.

Remains of a person killed by occupiers with signs of execution were found in Moshun.

Zelensky stated that the next 90 days would be a test of endurance and unity, and that Russia is attempting to break resistance during this period.

Zelensky emphasized the need for tougher sanctions against Russia, coordination to prevent Russian sabotage and disinformation, and maximum visa restrictions for Russian citizens.

Zelensky called for partners to fulfill obligations to help Ukraine with systemic air defense to protect infrastructure from Russian missiles targeting heat and electricity supplies during winter.

Zelensky stated the need to end the crisis at the Zaporizhzhia NPP and ensure its stable functioning, while preparing societies for risks and ensuring winter is hardest for Russia.
