The head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration reported that Russian forces are gathering near Bilohorivka and shelling surrounding settlements, but they remain unable to advance from Lysychansk to Siversk.

In other words, all their efforts to advance from the Lysychansk side to Siversk are still being frustrated, thanks to the Ukrainian defenders.

Occupiers are stuck in the Bilohorivka area and cannot continue their advance.

Enemy fired near Bachivsk, Myropyllya, Volodymyrivka, Vovkivka, and Volfyny in the Siverskyi direction.
