On May 6, Ukrainian forces restored control over Alexandrovka, Fedorovka, Ukrainka, Shestakovo, Peredota, and part of Cherkaski Tyshky in Kharkiv Oblast.

A group of Russian mercenaries was killed near an air defense unit near the village of Tsyrkuny in the Kharkiv region.
