Ukrainian air defense units shot down a drone used by enemy forces for aerial reconnaissance in the Odesa region on the night prior to April 28, 2022.

Russian troops launched a second missile strike on the bridge across the Dniester estuary in the Odesa region.

Alexander Kamyshin, head of 'Ukrzaliznytsia', reported the strike occurred at 6:45 a.m. with no railway worker injuries.

Sergey Bratchuk, spokesman for the regional military administration, confirmed the bridge was destroyed.
