President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree ordering general mobilization across Ukraine for a period of 90 days. The decree mandates the call-up of conscripts and reservists, the engagement of transport means for military supply, and instructs the Armed Forces Headquarters and Cabinet of Ministers to define mobilization volumes and allocate funding.

Mobilisation covers Vinnytska, Voluynska, Dnipropetrovska, Donetska, Zhytomyrska, Zakarpatska, Zaporizka, Ivano-Frankivska, Kyivska, Kirovohradska, Luhanska, Lvivska, Mykolaivska, Odeska, Poltavska, Rivnenska, Sumska, Ternopilska, Kharkivska, Khersonska, Khmelnytska, Cherkaska, Chernivetska, Chernihivska regions and the city of Kyiv

The call for conscripts, reservists, and engagement of the transport means to supply the military needs is instructed to be made according to mobilization plans

The Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is requested to define the type and volumes of the call for conscripts, reservists and transport means within the general term of the mobilization

The Cabinet of Ministers is requested to allocate funding and take other measures related to the announcement and conducting of the general mobilization
